KITCHEN UPGRADE
1. GH Tauranga Ltd (“Generation Homes Bay of Plenty”) is pleased to offer all eligible customers a Kitchen upgrade to the retail value of $7,000.00 (including GST).
2. This offer is open from 2nd May 2025 to 30th July 2025 (“Promotion Period”) on the terms and conditions set out below.
3. Generation Homes Bay of Plenty employees, contractors, affiliates and their immediate families are ineligible to enter into this promotion.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE:
4. Generation Homes Bay of Plenty will be running the promotion at the Tauranga Home Show located at Mercury Baypark, 81 Truman Lane, Mount Maunganui during the Promotion Period.
5. To be eligible for the Home Show promotion, the client (you) must:
a) Register their interest with Generation Homes Bay of Plenty at the Tauranga Home Show.
b) enter into an agreement to purchase a house and land package or build contract (“Agreement”); and
c) satisfy all the conditions in the Agreement for your sole benefit and pay the deposit due under the Agreement during the Promotion Period, and the Agreement goes unconditional.
6. Once client (you) has satisfied all conditions for your sole benefit, you will be eligible for the kitchen upgrade to be applied to the new build detailed in the Agreement.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
7. The kitchen upgrade cannot be changed, exchanged for another product/service or exchanged for cash.
8. The offer ends on 30th July 2025.
9. One Kitchen Upgrade per Agreement.
10. Generation Homes Bay of Plenty reserves the right to extend, postpone, or cancel the promotion and to update these terms and conditions on Generation Homes Bay of Plenty's website (https://www.generation.co.nz/news) and social media channels without notice.
11. Should this competition be cancelled notification will be published on Generation Homes Bay of Plenty's website (https://www.generation.co.nz/news) and social media channels.
12. Client (you) name and photo may be used for publicity purposes and by accepting the promotion, you agree to make themselves available for this purpose.
13. Agreements for the sale of house and land packages are entered into at the discretion of the Managing Director of Generation Homes Bay of Plenty.
14. By entering into this promotion, you agree to the terms and conditions listed above.

b) Complete the entry form with your name, phone, and email contact information.
c) Place your entry form inside the container provided.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
· The prize cannot be exchanged or exchanged for cash;
· The offer ends on Sunday 4th May 2025 at 4pm.
· Handover of the product will be at the Generation Homes Tauranga located at 152 Whakakake Street, Tauriko, Tauranga 3110.
