Since 2009, Paul Marshall has been part of the Generation Homes team. As the owner and Managing Director of our Central North Island region, Paul’s construction experience stretches across a wide variety of projects.
Originally coming from a background in farming and building, Paul understands the importance of having good systems in place to ensure a smooth and time-efficient process.
Through good working relationships with our national supply chain, Paul has been able to extend the breadth of build work we can undertake. From multi-million dollar design and build projects, through to home and lifestyle properties, the Central North Island team also have an extensive portfolio of commercial residential build projects as well.
With a team focused on delivering warm, dry, healthy and sustainable housing to our clients, when you work with Paul and the team you are assured of a quality product that is delivered on time and on budget. No matter if it is a multi-build commercial residential project, an investment property, a holiday home or a one-off rural lifestyle retreat, our promise is the same.
A large portion of Paul’s business is now in the B2B space, working for community groups such as Iwi, Councils, and farming syndicates to bring their projects to fruition. One of the projects he and the team are most proud of is the new Whānau Āwhina Plunket Hub in Pukuatua Street, Rotorua.
Paul and his family live, work, and play in the Central North Island region. With a passion for mountain biking, the Central North Island team are proud supporters of the Craters MTB Park, along with a wide range of other community groups and sports teams.
