About the Role
South Auckland Showhomes - Karaka & Ramarama
As an independent contractor, you’ll enjoy the freedom to manage your schedule and work at your own pace, offering the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life while maximising your earnings potential—you are truly rewarded for your efforts.
You’ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, generating leads, and assisting clients through sales, ensuring they have an exceptional experience building their dream homes. With access to a warm database and a variety of house and land packages to list and sell, you'll have plenty of opportunities to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and drive business growth by actively managing and expanding client relationships.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service throughout the sales process, right through to handover.
- Generate new leads and create strong referral networks.
- Host and promote show homes and respond to Generation NZ wide sales and promotional campaigns.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the Generation Home brand.
- Work closely with clients to manage and prepare concept designs and ensure accurate specifications. Contribute to the construction design and contract design process.
About You:
- You have sales experience in the building industry.
- You’re proactive, self-motivated, and thrive in a dynamic sales environment.
- You have excellent communication skills and focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- You have a basic understanding of construction plans or the ability to learn quickly.
- You’re tech-savvy and proficient with CRM systems (training provided if needed).
- You have a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to meeting or exceeding targets.
- You’re a team player contributing to a positive and professional team culture.
- Must be able to work as an Independent Contractor within NZ
