We have built several homes over the last 20 years and have had the joy and frustration to work with many building companies over this time. We were very sceptical that it was even possible as we didn’t believe it could be done in less than 24 weeks. Not only did they complete our build in 16 weeks, but practical completion was lodged at 15 weeks and the Code of Compliance certificate was received one week later at 16 weeks. These types of time-lines were unheard of until we built with Generation Homes. It wasn’t long before we built with them again and had the exact wonderful experience as the first time – fixed price – completed in 16 weeks and CCC certificate received in record time. All of this is a reflection of their excellent processes, thoroughness with completing paperwork and their great relationships with their building team, suppliers and the council.
